Chef Patty Nelson is the founder of Blue Sage, bringing over 20 years of professional culinary experience and a deep belief in the power of real, thoughtfully prepared food. Trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, she built her career in professional kitchens where quality, care, and simplicity were non-negotiable.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Patty is a mom of two and an active member of the wellness community. She experienced firsthand how hard it was to find healthy, satisfying grab-and-go meals after a yoga class—options that nourished the body without relying on processed ingredients or empty calories.
Blue Sage was created to fill that gap. Today, Chef Patty combines her background as a private chef with a focus on farm-fresh, local ingredients to create meals designed for active bodies—food that supports strength, energy, and nourishment with intention and integrity.
